As SVP, EMEA at FarEye, I lead growth across Europe and the Middle East, partnering with global enterprises to rethink how deliveries actually work, from order to doorstep. Our agentic AI dispatcher, PILOT, already coordinates 11 specialised agents across planning, execution, and control, handling 200+ dispatch decisions a day, with a human in the loop where it matters. I work closely with: -Global retail and e-commerce brands -National postal operators and complex distribution networks -Enterprise supply chain leaders navigating scale, cost, and rising customer expectations Across these engagements, the focus is simple: 1. Improve customer experience, first-attempt delivery success, and NPS (our customers have seen gains as high as 22%) 2. Cut operational inefficiency and WISMO, the "where is my order" calls that can eat up a third of contact centre volume, down by as much as 67% with the right orchestration 3. Unlock revenue through smarter delivery orchestration, from lower cost-per-delivery to measurable sales growth.
