Supply chain expert with over 15 years of experience in consulting and building business and operational models in logistics strategy and operations for leading logistics, transport, postal, and courier operators, as well as retail and e-commerce companies across Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Western Europe. He has worked on projects related to the optimization and transformation of the supply chain, digitization of operational and business processes, creation and optimization of new operating models for companies such as InPost, Orlen Paczka, DPD, Poczta Polska, Nova Poshta, UPS, Allegro. Currently, he is the Director of Logistics Network Architecture at Poczta Polska, where he is responsible for the strategic transformation of the logistics network and for leading the Logistics Innovation Hub and operational and digital innovations in this area.
