Natalia is the founder and CEO of NÜWIEL, a German company providing electric mobility solutions for urban logistics. Over the past 10 years, she has led the company to a market-leading position in the light electric vehicle segment, scaling operations across four countries and establishing production for its eTrailer. Natalia holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. Her 20-year career spans across aerospace, M&A, research and innovation. She is a frequent speaker on urban mobility, entrepreneurship and inclusive design. For her work in entrepreneurship and innovation, she was awarded the European Prize for Women Innovators by the European Commission.
