Throughout her career, she has held operational, commercial and strategic leadership roles across freight forwarding, warehousing, air cargo, postal and parcel industries, including positions with DHL, Agility and Lufthansa Cargo. Drawing on this extensive industry background, Nadja transitioned into the technology sector, helping logistics organizations leverage digital solutions to enhance visibility, efficiency and operational performance across increasingly complex supply chains. At HERE Technologies, Nadja leads industry strategy and go-to-market initiatives, working with customers and partners to unlock the value of location intelligence across transportation, supply chains and fleet operations. She is passionate about helping organizations translate innovation into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value while building more efficient, resilient and sustainable supply chains.
