I am an AI transformation executive, technology entrepreneur and strategic foresight practitioner with more than 20 years of experience leading digital transformation, emerging technology adoption and innovation initiatives across Europe, the United States and international markets. My work today focuses on Artificial Intelligence and the transformation of products, processes and operating models around AI. I operate at the intersection of AI strategy, enterprise transformation, AI-native product development, business process redesign, venture building, governance and strategic foresight. A defining evolution in my work has been the transition from AI strategy and advisory to designing and directing the development of AI-native products, platforms and operating models. My role is that of a senior executive who translates business opportunities into product vision, requirements, workflows, architectures and implementation roadmaps. I coordinate multidisciplinary teams and use AI-assisted development environments, including OpenAI Codex, to accelerate execution while maintaining a clear focus on business value, product direction, governance and scalability. This allows me to work across the full transformation cycle: identifying where AI can create value, redesigning processes, shaping products, directing implementation and supporting enterprise adoption. My work combines four dimensions: Strategy — identifying where AI can create sustainable business value. Product — translating opportunities into scalable AI-native solutions. Transformation — redesigning processes, operating models and organizations around AI. Foresight — anticipating how AI and emerging technologies will reshape markets and competitive dynamics. I work with boards, C-level executives, business leaders and technology teams to move AI beyond experimentation and into real products, processes and operating models. I often engage in public speaking, I have been a Ted speaker and also design and deliver corporate training programs on innovation, future foresight and AI.
