Mark Briganti is an Accenture Principal Director and Global Lead for Post and Parcel industry, part of Accenture Public Service. With a career spanning over 25 years at national public service postal operators across four continents, Mark brings a specialization in IT and business strategy. Mark leads Accenture’s thought leadership and research for the postal sector, strategic partner and ecosystem development, and drives innovation and new opportunities with account teams. Previously, Mark was EMEA Lead for Post and Parcel based in Warsaw, Poland. As part of his program delivery experience, he has launched industry leading digital consumer and B2C parcel platforms and led large scale digital transformation initiatives notably at The United States Postal Service and Royal Mail. Mark, from the United States, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/International Economics and Finance from The Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C. Mark is now based in Washington, D.C. again having recently completed a two year assignment in Chennai, India.
