I am VP New Sales at SwipBox, where I work with postal operators, parcel carriers, retailers and logistics companies across Europe to develop parcel locker and out-of-home delivery solutions. I have spent more than 20 years working across the logistics, transport and parcel industry in a variety of commercial and leadership roles. Throughout my career, I have focused on helping customers improve efficiency, customer experience and last-mile delivery performance. Today, my focus is on helping organisations build scalable and cost-efficient out-of-home delivery networks while adapting to changing consumer expectations and growing parcel volumes.
