Kornelia Reifenberg is a Partner with Simon-Kucher, the world's leading trusted commercial advisor, working in the company's head office in Bonn, Germany. Within the company's practice for Logistics & Business Services, she is responsible for leading projects in the logistics industries. Since joining Simon-Kucher 30 years ago, Kornelia has conducted over 150 projects across various logistics sectors such as CEP, Rail and Road transportation, Air and Sea freight, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain and Infrastructure. Kornelia supports her clients in achieving commercial excellence. This includes optimizing the companies' pricing and sales strategies, value propositions and service portfolios, deriving Go to Market approaches, or implementing and transforming those concepts. With Simon-Kucher, Kornelia has led numerous projects for national and multinational companies, including Deutsche Post/DHL, Kuehne+Nagel, XPO, CEVA, or various players in the CEP sector (e.g. Austrian Post, DPD, PostNL, UPS, Swiss Post, and many more).
