Julia Lockman is Junior Partner at OMNIC and an architect of smart locker ecosystems, helping postal, logistics and retail organisations design and scale parcel locker networks across Europe and the GCC. Her work focuses on system governance, data, user behaviour, interoperability, network economics and the operational realities that turn hardware into trusted last-mile infrastructure. She advocates for context-led network design that aligns technology, operators, municipalities and customer behaviour.
