Jon Nicholson is Chief Commercial Officer at InPost UK, Europe's leading out-of-home delivery network. Jon joined InPost in 2026 to lead its commercial strategy as the business continues to scale its network of lockers and PUDO points across the UK. Jon brings nearly three decades of senior logistics experience, including nearly 11 years at Royal Mail where he held a series of senior roles culminating in MD of Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Digital. In that time he led sales and marketing strategy across Royal Mail and Parcelforce, overseeing significant transformation in how the business approached parcel growth and customer experience. A passionate advocate for putting the consumer at the centre of delivery, Jon believes the shift to out-of-home is one of the most important commercial opportunities in retail logistics today.
