Jon Nicholson has worked in the Parcels Delivery sector for over 20 years. He began his career as a Loading Bay Operative and Delivery Driver at TNT Express and since then continued at TNT for 13 years holding leadership roles in Operations, Depot Management, same day services, International Specialist Services and Sales. Following that Jon led City Link’s International business unit, and subsequently joined Royal Mail in 2015 to head up its Parcels Products team. He is currently the Sales and Marketing Director for Royal Mail Parcels accountable for a varied team that deliver £3bn in revenue across a base of circa 220,000 customers.
