Jesper Bang-Olsen is a logistics innovation expert with 25+ years in tech and startups. As Head of Venture Development at Beam (BEUMER Group), he has led the creation of multiple logistics-focused ventures, tackling challenges in automation, parcel flow, and supply chain optimization. Prior to Beam, he advised corporates and startups on rapid prototyping and innovation strategy. He also co-founded Aporta Digital, developing patented passenger information systems that merged mobility and logistics tech. Jesper brings deep domain knowledge, startup execution experience, and a strong track record of turning complex logistics problems into scalable venture opportunities.
