Dariusz Lipiński is a manager with extensive experience in operations and production management across various sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully held key roles in companies such as CERSANIT GROUP, Corning Optical Communications, and CORNING CABLE SYSTEMS LLC. His expertise includes supply chain management, logistics, production management, and implementing advanced IT systems such as SAP. He has been with the InPost Group since 2018. Currently, he serves as the COO and VP of Operations, managing the entire Group's operations. His responsibilities include developing and strengthening the company's market position by introducing innovative solutions and improving operational processes. From 2016 to 2018, Dariusz Lipiński was the Managing Director of Production at CERSANIT GROUP, overseeing production processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency. Before joining CERSANIT, from 2012 to 2015, he served as the Global IT Manager at Corning Optical Communications, where he led global IT projects, and from 2011 to 2012, he was the SAP Project Director. During the period from 2004 to 2010, he was the Plant General Manager at CORNING CABLE SYSTEMS LLC, which allowed him to gain valuable experience in large-scale production management. His academic background includes postgraduate studies in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (2018-2019), the Academy of Strategic Leadership at ICAN Institute (2015-2016), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Mazovia Institute of Applied Sciences (2002-2003), and a master's degree in Materials Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology (1989-1994).
