Bas Smeulders is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sendcloud, Europe’s leading all-in-one e-commerce shipping platform. He co-founded the Eindhoven-based scale-up in 2012 after experiencing firsthand the complexities and high costs smaller online merchants face when handling logistics. Today, he focuses on scaling the company’s operations, steering strategic partnerships, and accelerating expansion in the enterprise market. Under his operational leadership, Sendcloud has scaled exponentially to power seamless shipping automation for more than 30,000 merchants across Europe.
