Adrian runs Evri's Innovation Lab, where he has spent over 20 years driving technological transformation. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and trialling emerging technologies — building proofs of concept and running trials to bring new ideas to life for the business. Previous innovations he has championed include autonomous delivery robots, cargo bike logistics, and Parcel Vision — an AI-powered photo analysis tool. Adrian is currently focused on advancing computer vision and robotic automation across Evri's operations.
