Part 2 | This hands-on workshop will introduce participants to the current landscape of AI, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and autonomous systems. The first part will offer a structured introduction to today’s AI capabilities, their practical applications, and emerging challenges—from infrastructure to ethics. The second half will shift to an interactive mode: through a guided exercise of scenario-building, participants will explore AI use cases relevant to the postal/parcel sector, identify adoption barriers, and develop strategic responses. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how to translate AI potential into actionable innovation within their organizations.
