The Single Split Tray delivers between 3,000 and 17,000 trays per hour and features a concave tray surface that securely contains irregular, loose, or round items — from polybags and envelopes to pharmaceutical bottles and loose garments — without the need for additional packaging. The Dual Split Tray raises the bar significantly: its patented dual tray design allows each carrier to sort either two small items to two separate destinations simultaneously, or one larger item, effectively doubling throughput without increasing the sorter's footprint. It reaches up to 35,000 items per hour from a single induction point. For the highest-volume environments, the Quad Tilt Tray scales up to 69,000 trays per hour, offering the kind of capacity required by national postal operators and large-scale parcel hubs.
Patented Flat-Drop Technology
Unlike conventional bomb-bay sorters that angle items as they discharge, EuroSort's patented tray mechanism releases items completely flat into the destination chute or outbound carton.
