GENI-Hive™ can be configurated and adapted according to various
functional requirements such as item alignment, merging, sorting, rotation,
singulation, and cross-flow handling.
It is equipped with wheel units that operate fully
independently in terms of speed, acceleration, direction, and rotation,
enabling items to be moved freely across the active surface.
When configured as a singulator, the GENI-Hive™
automatically transforms an incoming bulk flow into a single line of properly
spaced items.
In the cross-flow configuration, it manages and rearranges
multiple items flows simultaneously, performing merging from multiple inputs
and sorting to multiple outputs.
