The
versatility of the ROTA-Sorter® establishes it as a leader among
high-performance systems. It reliably meets sorting requirements for products
ranging from 140 x 60 x 5 mm for smaller items to packages measuring 1,200 x
600 x 600 mm for larger ones. This system can sort a diverse range of
goods—including large, small, light, heavy, flat, tall items, bags, parcels,
and poly packs—on a single line without compromising performance.
The ROTA-Sorter® can process up to 5,000 items per hour on one line and can be expanded to three lines stacked on top of each other, achieving an impressive sorting performance of up to 15,000 items per hour. Its unique ejection technology allows for automatic stacking of shipments in blocks at the designated sorting points.
