Indoor DropBox Infinity

Modern Expo Stand: J20

Returns are no longer a back-office detail. In DHL’s 2025 global shopper study, 79% of respondents said they would abandon a purchase if their preferred return option was unavailable.* Yet conventional store-based PUDO processes can create queues, occupy staff time and leave parcels accumulating behind the counter.

Indoor Dropbox Infinity moves the entire drop-off process into a compact, self-service format. The customer scans a QR code, and the integrated printer can produce the required label on the spot. There is no need to download another app or arrive with a pre-printed label.

Parcels are consolidated inside a sealed sack with its own identifier. The device can accommodate up to 40 parcels, including items up to typical shoebox size. During collection, the courier can replace the sack rapidly and register the consolidated load with a single scan instead of processing every parcel individually.

Because the device does not require a fixed power or wired data connection, it can be placed at a store entrance or incorporated directly into retail shelving. Its compact footprint and inclusive design make it suitable for supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies and other retail formats where every square meter matters.

The result is a better PUDO proposition for everyone involved:

  • a simple customer journey
  • less work for store teams
  • faster courier collection
  • more predictable parcel storage.
