Hybrid Smart Locker Network
The steel compartments are built for demanding, high-turnover environments, offering the durability and resistance required for everyday parcel and asset exchanges. Alongside them, independent cooling modules deliver chilled (2–8 °C) or frozen compartments with the same antibacterial-certified enclosure and continuous temperature monitoring used in Columat's dedicated cold chain lockers. Because both module types share one embedded control unit, users experience a single, consistent interaction point regardless of which compartment they are accessing, while operators manage the entire locker — ambient and temperature-controlled alike — through one integrated software layer.
Access is available through a touchscreen interface, QR or barcode scanning, or RFID/NFC credentials, with connectivity via SIM, Wi-Fi, or local network, and full traceability is logged across every compartment for audits and compliance. This assembled format is particularly suited to environments with mixed delivery needs, such as corporate offices, grocery and retail pickup points, or courier networks, where a single locker bank must reliably support both general parcel exchange and cold chain continuity, without dependency on staff presence or fixed schedules.
