Dual-Grid Parcel Locker

Modern Expo Stand: J20

Network procurement and location acquisition rarely happen at the same pace. Operators may need to order hardware months before they know which future sites will have access to mains power. Buying separate batches of on-grid and off-grid machines creates forecasting risk, limits flexibility and increases hardware complexity across the network.

The Flagship Dual-Grid Parcel Locker provides one standard for both scenarios. Once a location is confirmed, the same platform can be connected to the grid or configured for autonomous operation with rechargeable batteries and solar panels. A unit can also be adapted when the conditions of its location change.

The locker combines this flexibility with the functionality expected from a flagship network product:

  • a full touchscreen customer interface,
  • remote software updates,
  • RC3-rated burglary resistance
  • a modular configuration of up to eight columns and more than 80 compartments
  • It is designed for inclusive use
  • can support parallel customer and courier processes during busy periods.

Operational flexibility is only part of its role. The flagship locker is often the most visible and frequently repeated physical asset in an operator’s network. Its shape, colour, interface and on-device communication become permanent elements of the brand experience.

Placed consistently across streets, retail car parks and transport routes, it tells customers that the network is present, accessible and ready to use. In this sense, the locker is not only capacity infrastructure - it is an awareness-building media channel for the OOH brand.
