CONVENIQ Micromarket with parcel modules
CONVENIQ addresses both challenges through a modular, cashierless micromarket. It can combine:
- refrigerated and ambient Grab&Go units,
- a coffee module,
- a central payment terminal
- and parcel-locker compartments in one integrated format.
Customers authenticate and pay using a bank terminal or QR-based payment. AI-camera shelves, weight-based shelves or a combination of both automatically recognize the selected products. There is no cashier and no requirement for the customer to download an app.
Built-in software gives the operator real-time visibility of sales, stock levels, transaction history, temperature and technical status. Low-stock or temperature alerts simplify replenishment, while API connectivity supports integration with POS, CRM and ERP systems. The assortment can be adapted to each location - from ready meals and drinks to cosmetics, electronics or locally produced goods.
Configurations can begin from approximately 3 square metres, enabling new points of presence where a traditional store would be too large or expensive.
The format is already gaining momentum: the European Vending Association reported more than 10,000 micromarkets in Europe by the end of 2023, following approximately 38% year-on-year growth.*
For OOH operators, CONVENIQ adds revenue and daily footfall to an indoor parcel location. For retailers, food producers and brands, it creates a compact direct-sales channel with continuous control over assortment, pricing and customer experience.
