7-module software suite for OOH networks

Modern Expo Stand: J20

A collection of connected metal boxes is not yet an OOH network. A network must coordinate parcels, compartments, couriers, customers, service teams, merchant integrations and thousands of operational events in real time.

The scale of that challenge is already significant. At the end of 2024, European carriers had access to approximately 646,480 PUDO and automated parcel machine points, including 184,400 APMs.* As networks expand and become increasingly open to multiple carriers, software becomes core operational infrastructure rather than an additional feature.

Modern Expo’s 7-Module Software Suite supports the complete network lifecycle through connected tools for:

  • deployment, configuration, service & maintenance
  • hardware API
  • back-end network management
  • courier operations
  • locker operating systems
  • customer-facing application
  • and ParcelQ business analytics and location intelligence.

Together, these modules support parcel allocation, delivery, pickup, sending and returns, as well as remote monitoring, diagnostics, maintenance processes and operational reporting. ParcelQ adds data-driven capacity management, location analysis and predictive tools for future network expansion.

The suite is vendor-agnostic, allowing operators to manage different types of hardware and integrate the network with carrier, retailer and e-commerce systems. It can support both closed networks and shared infrastructure serving multiple logistics partners.

The result is one operational ecosystem: faster processes for couriers, clearer control for operators, better information for service teams and a consistent experience for the end customer.
