PostNL Sorting Solutions - Dual Split Tray Sorter
For @postnl , EuroSort has upgraded the induction line for a sorter that has been in operation since 2009. Still processing up to 15000 items per hour today, the need was to improve efficiency and ergonomics in the induction process. With 3 automatic tippers and tilting conveyors, operators are constantly fed with product to keep the sorter full. The new induction line has also been made ready for robotic induction, should that be a request in the future.
