Qcom technology Ltd Stand: A20
Qcom delivering specialist technical service and support at Parcel+Post Expo 2026
Qcom Technology Ltd will be exhibiting on Stand A20 at Parcel+Post Expo 2026 taking place at ExCeL London on 23–24 September 2026.

Bringing together postal operators, parcel carriers, retailers, e-commerce businesses, fulfilment companies, 3PLs and technology providers from around the world, Parcel+Post Expo showcases the latest innovations shaping postal, parcel, logistics and last-mile delivery operations.

Why Qcom is exhibiting

Modern postal, parcel and fulfilment operations depend on an increasingly sophisticated technology ecosystem. Parcel lockers, robotics, auto ID, printing, scanning, weighing, tracking and connected vehicle technologies all play a vital part in moving goods efficiently from warehouse to final destination.

Qcom provides technical services and aftermarket support to the manufacturers behind these technologies. With a large engineering network and pan-European technical support infrastructure, we help ensure equipment is installed, configured, maintained and supported wherever it is deployed.

We’re exhibiting at Parcel+Post Expo 2026 to:

  • Talk with postal operators, parcel carriers, fulfilment businesses and their technology partners about the service and support challenges surrounding increasingly automated and connected operations
  • Demonstrate how outsourced technical services can support faster technology rollouts, increased equipment uptime and consistently high service standards
  • Connect with manufacturers and solution providers bringing new postal, parcel, fulfilment and last-mile technologies to market
  • Explore new partnerships with organisations looking to strengthen, extend or reshape their technical service and aftermarket capabilities.

What we’ll be talking about on the Qcom stand

Qcom already supports a broad range of technologies used throughout supply chain, logistics and last-mile delivery operations, including:

  • Parcel lockers, smart lockers and click-and-collect solutions
  • Robotics, automation and autonomous systems
  • Industrial and desktop printing and labelling equipment
  • Weighing and dimensioning systems
  • Barcode scanning and Auto ID technology
  • RFID equipment and infrastructure
  • GPS and telematics systems
  • Vehicle identification technology
  • Mobile and handheld devices
  • Network and connectivity equipment

At Parcel+Post Expo, we’ll be inviting operators, technology manufacturers and solution providers to talk to us about how we can help them:

  • Support parcel locker deployments – providing installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance and responsive field support for locker networks across multiple locations
  • Improve technology uptime – combining technical helpdesk services, locally based engineers, spare-parts logistics and proactive maintenance to keep business-critical equipment operational
  • Deliver complex rollouts – supporting equipment configuration, installation, upgrades, de-installation and multi-site deployment programmes
  • Expand into new territories – providing the established engineering and technical support infrastructure needed to deploy and support technology across the UK and Europe
  • Design the right service model – from complete outsourcing of technical service operations to selective support that complements existing in-house resources
  • Strengthen aftermarket and warranty support – including helpdesk, field service, workshop repair, advanced swap, inventory management and reverse logistics
  • Support the complete customer lifecycle – from pre-sales trials, demonstrations and installation through to ongoing maintenance, repair and end-of-life services

Whether you are a postal operator or parcel carrier reviewing your technology support arrangements, a fulfilment or 3PL business investing in automation, or a technology manufacturer looking to strengthen its service capability, the Qcom team will be on hand to discuss your requirements.
