Nova Post launches a new service for storing items in parcel lockers
On 18–20 July at the Atlas Weekend festival in Kyiv, Nova Post piloted a new service: personal storage in parcel lockers. Unlike traditional locker rooms, it’s a digital solution that combines convenience, contactless use and round-the-clock access through the app.
Visitors could use the storage service for a fixed price of 100 UAH, with a maximum storage period of 5 days. Parcel lockers No. 44413 and No. 44313 with storage function were installed near the main and inclusive entrances, enabling people to leave belongings quickly and securely via the Nova Post app.
The process was simple:
- Download the Nova Post app and enable Bluetooth;
- Scan the QR code on the parcel locker;
- Check details, press Open compartment, place items, confirm upload and close the door.
- Retrieving belongings was just as easy: open the app, pay for the service, and unlock the compartment.
In addition to storage, festival guests could send parcels directly from a custom parcel locker or Nova Post’s mobile office. They also joined an interactive activity by painting parcel lockers with bird motifs — symbols of freedom and a singing nation.
