The innovation combines three key components: the TiltTraySorter for small parcels, the SwitchSorter for large and heavy shipments, and a pre-sorting DWS Metrix module that dynamically separates parcels by dimension and weight.

This scalable and space-efficient system is ideal for logistics centers seeking to increase throughput while maintaining flexibility. The DWS Metrix identifies and routes parcels to the appropriate sorter, reducing manual handling and optimizing flow. The TiltTraySorter ensures precise sorting for smaller formats, while the SwitchSorter manages bulky items with high reliability.
