Jadlog NEXUS 87 Hub
The new facility was officially inaugurated on May 7, 2026.
Located in São Paulo, the new hub represents a major investment for JADLOG, exceeding R$200 million, and is engineered to significantly increase the company’s processing capacity.

The facility is designed to handle peak volumes of up to 16,500 parcels per hour, supporting the rapid growth of e-commerce and ensuring faster, more reliable deliveries across the country.

Today, it stands as one of the most advanced automated sorting centers in Brazil. The installation features a high-performance GENI-Belt sorter, equipped with six induction lines and nearly 300 destinations, ensuring efficient and accurate parcel distribution at high throughput.

A key strength of the system lies in its ability to handle both parcels and small items on a single sorter.

This compact, flexible solution maximizes space utilization without compromising operational efficiency - an essential advantage in today’s demanding logistics environment.

“Fives is already a trusted supplier of automated systems for Geopost's branches across Europe, ensuring the standardization and reliability of DPD Group's business model. Here at Jadlog, this will enable us to automate the processing of large volumes”, noted Bruno Tortorello, CEO at JADLOG.

“After growing tenfold in volume since the acquisition of Jadlog by the Geopost group in 2016, this is the most significant investment in our history, with the goal of expanding our facilities, operational capacity and bringing in the most advanced technology,” said Bruno Tortorello. “Our new headquarters allows us to operate with high intralogistics standards, strengthening the operation of our national distribution network, comprised of more than 500 franchises, 17 branches and the network of 4,000 PUDOS (Pick Up Drop Off).”

Designed to align with the sustainability strategy of JADLOG and Geopost, the new hub was built with infrastructure prepared to minimize environmental impacts, optimize resources and reduce emissions.
