The Push Tray Sorter has been specifically developed for logistics processes where various types of items need to be sorted together. For example, a combination of cardboard boxes, lightweight plastic bags, and packages of various shapes. These items are pushed out of the tray and slide to the exit without falling.
The Push Tray Sorter is a versatile sorter with carriers and trays, which can be made in different versions: single, twin, triple, and heavy-duty. Combinations of these trays are also possible. Items can range from lightweight items in small plastic bags to heavy items weighing 25 kilograms in boxes. This sorter can sort up to a maximum capacity of 24,000 trays per hour.
